Job Description

Optus is seeking an experienced risk governance leader to own end-to-end governance, reporting and secretariat relationships between the CSRO, the Board and its subcommittees in Melbourne. This senior role drives governance transformation with urgency in a rapid-moving workplace.

You will translate complex risk, culture and control concepts into transparent, actionable Board materials while coordinating with the CSRO, IRCM and Executive Committee to improve governance cadence and messaging.
