We're looking for a confident, outgoing and organised person to join our small team and work directly alongside our Senior Mortgage Broker.

You’ll be the friendly voice of our business, speaking with recent customers, building relationships and keeping loan applications moving from start to finish.
Key responsibilities n

Calling recent leads and conducting onboarding interviews
n
Managing customer relationships and delivering excellent service
n
Following up customers and collecting documents
n
Keeping loan applications progressing and customers informed
n
Managing calls, emails and outstanding tasks
n
Supporting our broker with day-to-day activities
n
About you nn
Previous phone-based customer service experience
n
Confident making outbound calls and building rapport
n
Friendly, enthusiastic and professional
n
Organised, reliable and able to multitask
n
Someone who takes initiative and gets things done
n
