Job Description

Sotheby's International Realty Byron Bay is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to join our growing Byron Bay team. You will support an experienced agent with administrative tasks, data entry, and daily operations to keep listings market-ready.

Key responsibilities include coordinating photoshoots, open homes, and documentation, liaising with clients and solicitors, and maintaining CRM records. A real estate licence and at least 1 year in real estate admin are required.
