Defence Maintenance Contract | Robertson Barracks, Darwin n

Ventia is seeking an experienced Senior Regional Planner to lead maintenance planning and trade repair operations at Robertson Barracks. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll lead a team of six and play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, prioritised and delivered efficiently across a major Defence site.

About The Role n

Lead maintenance planning and scheduling across Robertson Barracks
n
Manage a team of 2 Planners, 3 Trade Repair Officers and an Administrator
n
Oversee external trade repair contractors and performance outcomes
n
Drive work order management, prioritisation and continuous improvement
n
Partner with Defence stakeholders and site leadership to support operational delivery
n
Utilise CMMS systems and data to optimise maintenance performance and reporting
n

About You n

You will bring:

n

n
Experience leading maintenance planning, scheduling or technical teams
n
Robust contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
n




Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance programs
n
Advanced Excel and CMMS capability (SAP highly desirable)
n
Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
n
Experience within Defence or Maintenance environments is highly regarded.
n
