Job Summary n

IIQAF Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the daily operations of our hospitality venues in Sydney . The Operations Associate ensures smooth workflows, efficient service delivery, and coordination between departments, contributing to high-quality guest experiences .

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality operations, process coordination, and service management .

Key Responsibilities n

Assist in the day-to-day operations of hotels, restaurants, and hospitality services
n
Coordinate staff schedules, workflow, and operational tasks
n
Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
n
Support inventory management and logistics of food, beverages, and supplies
n
Generate reports and maintain accurate operational documentation
n
Collaborate with front-of-house, kitchen, and management teams
n
Identify prospects for process improvement and efficiency gains
n
Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and hospitality standards
n

Required Skills & Qualifications nn
Proven experience as an Operations Associate, Hospitality Coordinator, or Operations Officer
n
Robust organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
n
Background in hotel, restaurant, or catering operations
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting
n
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
n
Proficiency with MS Office and hospitality management software
n

Preferred Qualifications nn
Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or Operations
n
Knowledge of inventory control, POS systems, and service standards
n
Experience in large-scale hospitality operations
n
