About Us:
n The Agostino Group is a 100% South Australian owned company with its head office based in Adelaide. We own and operate a number of AMPM Fuel and Convenience stores across South Australia in addition to multiple rapid food restaurants including Carl’s Jr and Subway.

We are looking to appoint a full time Store Manager to lead our team. There are positions available at our Elizabeth, Stirling and St Peters Fuel and Convenience stores.
n
About The Role:
n
n
Drive store and team performance to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
n
Recruit, induct, train, and manage your team.
n
Ensure store compliance with work health safety regulations.
n
Contribute to all aspect of the store including managing stock levels; perform stock takes and serving customers.
n
Managing store budgets, invoicing, and cash flow.
n
Support the Operations Manager in organisation compliance, risk mitigation and continuous improvement
n
n
Due to the nature of our industry, it will also be expected you work some public holidays.
n
About You:
n
n
Demonstrated experience in either retailing, hospitality and or rapid-food industries.
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
Results driven with an ability to prioritise and coordinate your team
n
n
The successful applicant will be required to provide a current National Police Certificate and possess a current C class driver’s license.
