We are inviting applications for the position of Director of People and Culture to join our Executive team and play a vital role in shaping the College’s workforce and culture. This is a pivotal position that provides strategic leadership and trusted advice to the Principal and Executive leaders.
Key Responsibilities: n

Develop and implement strategic workforce initiatives that align with the College’s mission and values.
n
Lead organisational design and change management efforts to enhance effectiveness and adaptability.
n
Oversee policy development, compliance, and talent management processes.
n
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through effective people and culture strategies.
n
Proactively develop positive work design to ensure employee engagement and wellbeing.
n
Selection Criteria: nn
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ,
active participation in a local church, and support for the College’s vision.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications such as an MBA in HR (preferably) and extensive experience in a people and culture leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
n
Demonstrated experience in workforce strategy development, organisational design, policy development, and change management.
n
Solid skills in leadership, planning, and delivering results, with a commitment to child safety.
n
Current Working with Children Check.
