Job Description

Narellan Hotel in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced Chef to join our energetic kitchen team. You will work under a dedicated Head Chef in a rapid-paced, friendly setting that feels like a big family.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a skilled kitchen, ability to cover a 5-day roster across a 7-day operation, and a commitment to food hygiene, presentation, and clear communication to the team and guests. Availability for rotating rosters Mon to Sun and approx.
