Grill'd Midland is hiring energetic Team Members to join our friendly crew. No experience needed—we’ll train you and help you grow while you serve tasty burgers and connect with guests.

You'll enjoy adaptable shifts, access to current hourly rates above award, and perks like free burgers on shift and staff discounts. Training includes RSA and a national traineeship, with potential to gain Cert II or III in Hospitality.
