About the Role n
We are seeking a Cold Store Operator to join theLoad Out team based at our Naracoorte processing site in South Australia.
n
The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, andthe ability to work in a quick-paced setting. Previous experience in awarehouse or logistics role is desired, along with knowledge of warehouseoperations and safety protocols.
n
A Cold Store Operator in a meatworks facility is responsiblefor managing the incoming and outgoing goods within the warehouse.

Their dutiesinclude:

Loadingand unloading trucks using forklifts or other equipment.
n
Recordingand maintaining accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
n
Inspectingincoming & outgoing shipments of supplies, equipment, and products.
n
Picking,packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards.
n
Performingregular inventory audits to identify discrepancies or shortages.
n
Complyingwith health and safety regulations and ensuring warehouse safety standards aremet.

About You n
You must meet the following requirements:

AustralianCitizen/Permanent Residency/Full Working Rights in Australia
n
Willingto complete a pre-employment medical check, including a drug and alcohol test
n
Q-Fevervaccinated (or willing to get)
n
Minimum 1year forklift driving experience
n
Be ableto work in cold environment
n
