Fair Dinkum Builds Taree and Port Macquarie is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic staff member to join our team in a Sales & Administration role.
n
This is a diverse position involving customer service, sales, administration, design and quoting for our range of sheds, patios and carports.
Key responsibilities n
General sales and administration duties
n
Using computer software, online systems and design program
n
Preparing quotes for sheds, patios and carports
n
Following up enquiries and quotations with customers
n
Assisting customers with their building requirements
n
Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
n
Developing strong relationships with customers
n
Future site visits to customers' properties
About you n
We’re looking for someone with:
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Has a proven track record in a Sales or Sales Support role
n
Confident and skilled when dealing with customers
n
Proficient with computers and software programs
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Motivated, reliable and able to work independently
n
Current driver's licence
n
Experience in the building and construction industry would be highly desirable but is not essential . We’re more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
