Job Description

Capstone Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a CA/CPA qualified Fund Accountant to manage month-end reporting and consolidated fund reporting for a diversified property portfolio. You will review property accounts, provide technical accounting and tax guidance on real estate transactions, and prepare investor unit prices.

The role also includes annual statutory reporting, tax calculations, and cashflow forecasting for funds and project entities, with prospects for career progression.
