Job Description

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, exterior areas, and leasing offices across multifamily communities. You will perform grounds work, cleaning, basic landscaping, and assist in make-ready units.

This in office role requires physical stamina, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and explicit communication with residents and teams. RPM offers weekly pay, comprehensive perks, and opportunities for growth.
