What You’ll Be Doing Role Patient Care & Support n

Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
n
Scheduling appointments and managing patient data
n
Assisting with general enquiries and providing a calm presence
n

Reception & Administration nn
Handling payments and billing (Medicare, Private Health, DVA, etc.)
n
Managing medical records with confidentiality
n
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
n




Responding to internal emails and coordinating with clinical staff
n

Team Collaboration nn
Working independently and as part of a supportive team
n
Communicating with referring doctors and other stakeholders
n
Providing coverage during staff leave when needed
n

What You’ll Bring nn
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, medical software)
n
Understanding of medical terminology
n
Previous experience in radiology or medical reception is a plus
