A leading Aged Care / Nursing Agency and Healthcare Services organisation seeks an experienced BDM. The ideal candidate will expand the organisation's footprint across its care networks. As a major Australian registered NDIS and Aged Care provider offering disability support, complex home care, community participation, and nursing services our client is a known and trusted organisation in the field.

Roles & Responsibilities: n

Building and managing solid pipelines with hospitals, discharge planners, allied health teams, and NDIS support coordinators to secure incoming participant referrals.

Analysing community demands and driving strategic partnerships across our clients primary service territories nationally.

Developing strategic business cases, responses to service tenders,



and formal partnership agreements producing tenders & proposals.
n
Coordinating closely with intake teams to ensure a rapid, nursing-led onboarding process for complex care or high-needs clients.

Requirements: nn
Solid understanding of NDIS legislation, pricing arrangements, Home Care Packages, and a proven background in healthcare sales or community engagement.
n
Previous solid track record as a BDM in the Healthcare Industry

Remuneration: nn
Salary Expectations: between $95,000 and $130,000 AUD base per annum (plus superannuation, travel allowances, and commission).

Potential for car allowance.
