This dynamic Funds Management Business is seeking an Analyst with experience across Lending Finance /Operations to join this growing business. The business has enjoyed robust growth with a mixed array of clients and has developed across Australia. Reporting to the Head of Loans Servicing, this position will be responsible for the following:

Processing daily loan transactions and monitor facility limits, credit terms and fees;
n
Coordinating, checking and monitoring loan drawdowns, rollovers and repayments for all loans;
n
Ensure effective funding and accurate system inputs for loan transactions;
n
Ensure interests and fees are invoiced and collected promptly;
n
Close monitoring of loan limits and commitments;
n




Ensure compliance of credit terms and conditions;
n
Handling refinancing, sell-downs, risk participation, multi-option facilities and real estate finances;
n

To be successful you will have the following experience, skills and qualifications

n

n
Minimum of +2 years’ experience in administration of Corporate, Property or other loans;
n
Tertiary qualifications or courses in a finance related discipline;
n
Exposure to and knowledge of Lending documentation;
n
Understanding of basic accounting and lending principles;
n

n
