Alfred Health is seeking a Senior Consumer Peer worker for the Adult Inpatient Unit. The role focuses on guiding peer workers and embedding recovery-focused practices within a multi-disciplinary team.

The position includes delivering 28-day post-discharge support for about 40% of time, with emphasis on peer work functions and their impact across the IPU. Australian working rights are assumed, with in office work at The Alfred’s facilities.
