Maincode, an AI research and engineering company based in Melbourne, seeks a talent-focused skilled to read candidates, shape interviews, and evolve our hiring pipeline. You will influence how we assess motivation, mindset and fit for a frontier AI company.

You’ll design interview formats, test screening instruments, and work with AI tools to run the pipeline end to end. The role collaborates closely with the founders and our evolving talent team.
