Brightwood Group is seeking an experienced WHSEQ Manager to lead and strengthen our Work Health & Safety, Workplace and Quality function across the business. This role requires a practical, solutions-focused approach and robust leadership in high-risk environments.

You will own Brightwood Group’s WHSEQ management systems and standards, supporting current operations and ensuring the framework scales for future divisions and service lines. A hands-on leader with field presence is essential.
