We are looking for a committed, full time Café Manager with an easy-going personality, who possesses energy and passion for the industry to head up our brand current location opening in Penrith.
Responsibilities n
n
All aspects of managing the cafe on a daily basis
n
Recruiting and managing a full team
n
Maintaining high customer service levels and adding a personal touch
n
Stock ordering & cost control
n
Rostering, ordering, stock control, working towards budgets, and other KPI’s
n
Promoting and marketing the cafe to increase sales.
n
