We’re looking for someone to take ownership of a portfolio of key clients across our fire protection maintenance and compliance services .

nWe’re Hiring: Key Accounts Manager – Fire Protection Services n
nWhat you’ll do n
n
n
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
n
n
Be the main point of contact for service queries, issues and escalations.
n
n
Work with technicians, service coordinators and project teams to ensure great service delivery.
n
n
Monitor contracts, KPIs and SLAs.
n
n
Conduct client meetings and site visits.
n
n
Manage outstanding works, defects and rectifications.
n
n
Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and services.
n
n
Support new contract pricing, mobilisation and handover.
n
n
Ensure services align with relevant standards, including AS 1851 .
n
n
n
nWhat we’re looking for n
n
n
n
Experience in account management, client relationships or service coordination .
n
n
Fire protection or building services experience is highly desirable.
n
n
Valuable understanding of fire systems — wet/dry, detection, passive fire, EWIS etc.
n
n
Robust communication, organisation and commercial skills.
n
n
Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
n
n
Uptick and Microsoft Office experience is desirable.
n
n
Current Driver’s Licence.
n
n
