About the Role:
n As aStore Manager ,you will collaborate with the Retail Management Team to oversee all aspects of the store. Reporting to the Area/State Manager, your role will ensure operational excellence, achieve sales targets, foster financial growth, and maintain the highest standards of service. You will:

Provide outstanding leadership to the team.

Manage operational tasks such as rostering, inventory VM, reporting, recruitment, training and coaching.

Drive sales and exceed KPI targets.
n

Identify and resolve loss prevention issues.
n

Uphold policy and procedure compliance.
