Site Delivery Manager (Rail OHW Renewal) We're seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support the renewal of Overhead Wiring across Sydney-based rail networks. The role will require travel to various sites across Sydney, but will mostly be based within Sydney's Western Suburbs, with some working from home flexibility.

Circa $1000 - $1200 day rate, additional for weekends/public holidays

nAbout the Role n
n

n
Managing and experienced in the secure delivery of OHW renewal.
n
n
Maintain regular attendance in Western Sydney to facilitate collaboration with project stakeholders and support project activities.
n
n
Attend project sites as required to support assigned projects, with the frequency of attendance dependent on project stage, delivery requirements, and possession access.
n
n
Manage and control construction works and the associated worksites, acting as Principal Contractor representative, as delegated.
n
n
Implement risk mitigated and safety culture-based construction management processes,



controls and systems to ensure consistency across all worksites, work teams and sub-contractors.
n
n
Ensure consistent performance, quality and environmental requirements, standards and codes of practices are met in accordance with scope of work, contractual deliverables and agreed objectives.
n
n
Manage and direct the delivery of construction projects as allocated to ensure construction projects are delivered to agreed objectives and deliverables within the project.
n
n
Manage site interfaces with other adjacent construction works.
n
n
Provide technical and construction methodology advice to stakeholders as to the safest and most cost-effective delivery of the works.
n
n
Execute safety responsibility, authorities and accountabilities consistent with Sydney Trains safety management system requirements which are defined in SMS document number SMS-02-RG-3058.

Required to work outside of normal hours, night shift, weekends and public holidays.
n
n
Possess current Class "C" driving licence.
n
n
Possess RIW card and TfNSW operator role.
n
