Job Description

Campos Coffee is seeking a Roaster to join our team at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow. You’ll roast daily and follow a schedule, with shifts ranging from a standard Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM to a versatile floater start between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finish between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, with occasional paid overtime.

You’ll learn to operate roasting machines, roast to sensory profiles, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely roasts, minimize wastage, and follow safety and quality protocols.
