Job Description

SA Health's Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse – Community Health Nurse in Naracoorte. This ongoing, part time 0.4 FTE role focuses on high-quality, person-centred nursing care in community settings, with autonomy to assess needs and coordinate care.
