We are currently partnering with a well-established construction group as they expand into the Sydney market, seeking a JuniorEstimator to play a key role in their growing operation. Based in the inner-southern suburbs of Sydney, this position will see you involved in the pricing and tendering of complex building and infrastructure projects , often delivered within live, operational, and highly regulated environments . Projects typically range from $1M to $100M+ , with a core focus on the $8M–$30M range.

The Role n

n
Assist with the preparation of estimates and tender submissions
n
Support the pricing of alterations, refurbishments, upgrades, and brownfield projects
n
Obtain and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
n
Assist with quantity take-offs, cost planning, and tender documentation
n
Help identify project risks and prospects during the tender process
n
Work closely with senior estimators and project teams to develop accurate, competitive bids
n

About You nn




1–3 years' experience in an estimating or cadet/junior estimating role within construction
n
Relevant construction qualification or currently completing one
n
Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills
n
Eager to learn and develop your estimating career within a growing business
n
Confident using Microsoft Excel, with exposure to estimating software being an advantage
n
Solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
