About the Role: n

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll play a key part in the coordination, planning and scheduling of daily project activities across our civil construction projects. You'll bring your engineering experience to a supportive, hands-on team, working closely with the Project Management team and getting real ownership across project delivery, administration and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing n

Supporting Project Managers with the planning, coordination and delivery of civil construction projects
n
Assisting with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting and month-end reporting
n
Maintaining project documentation, registers, day diaries and contract administration records
n
Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
n
Preparing and processing variations, purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, invoices and progress claims
n
Contributing to safety, quality, environmental and compliance requirements, keeping project documentation up to date
n
Providing project and administrative support across the business, with ongoing training and career development

Civil Project Engineer What You'll Bring: nn
Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
n
Proven experience in a civil construction or infrastructure project setting
n
Current Class C Driver's Licence
n
General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Solid planning, organising and problem-solving ability, with confidence reading and interpreting plans
n
Working knowledge of OHS, Quality and Environmental systems
n
Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Project (experience with IFS software is a plus)
n
