We're looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Stewards tojoin our busy Food & Beverage team.
n
As a Kitchen Steward, you'll play an important role insupporting our chefs and kitchen teams by keeping our kitchensclean, organised and running smoothly.
The Day to Day n
As part of our kitchen team, your responsibilities willinclude:
n
n
Operating wash-up areas and ensuring a constant supply of cleancrockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen equipment
n
Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, benches and workareas
n
Sweeping and mopping floors and maintaining clean and safekitchen areas
n
Removing rubbish and disposing of waste correctly
n
Assisting with opening and closing cleaning procedures
n
Ensuring cleaning chemicals and equipment are used and storedsafely
n
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safetyprocedures
n
Reporting hazards, damaged equipment or maintenance concerns toyour manager
n
Supporting the wider kitchen team as required
n

We're looking for someone who is reliable,
hardworking and isn'tafraid to get stuck in. You take pride in keeping your work areaclean and organised, work well as part of a team and can keep up ina busy kitchen workplace.

n
Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role isdesirable
n
An understanding of food hygiene and workplace safetyrequirements
n
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and Safety Data Sheets is anadvantage
n
Good organisational and time-management skills
n
A positive attitude and willingness to support the kitchenteam
n
Availability across seven days, including mornings, evenings,overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
