This role is ideal for someone with experience in strata or real estate insurance who enjoys building relationships, managing portfolios, and delivering high-quality advice and service to clients.

About the role: n

Manage and service a portfolio of strata and real estate
n
Coordinate renewals, placements, and mid-term policy adjustments
n
Work closely with insurers to negotiate terms and outcomes
n
Support clients with day-to-day enquiries and insurance advice
n
Collaborate with claims and broking teams to deliver end-to-end service
n
About you:
nn
Experience in strata and/or real estate insurance broking. Underwriting experience will also be considered
n
Solid communication and relationship management skills
n
Organised, proactive, client-focused and comfortable managing a portfolio throughout the insurance renewal lifecycle
n
