Slate is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to partner with the CEO and General Manager, owning cross-functional problems end to end—from scoping to adoption. Half the role focuses on strategic projects, the other half on AI-driven efficiency improvements.

You’ll lead high-impact projects across strategy, commercial, operations and risk, and build scalable AI solutions to unlock value. Direct access to leadership and a explicit path to seniority are offered as the company scales.
