This casual, long term position will see you playing a key role in leading and supervising our front‑of‑house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for all our guests.

Taking orders accurately, managing sections confidently during busy service
n
Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained by the waiting staff at all times
n
Assisting in the coordination of table reservations, seating arrangements and handling of customer inquiries
n
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal delivery
n
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of front‑of‑house supplies
n
Open and Closing the venue with financials and reporting on designated Supervisor Shift
n
Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a skilled and courteous manner
n
Adhering to all health, safety and compliance regulations within the restaurant
n
What we’re looking for nn
Previous experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
n
Excellent customer service orientation and problem‑solving abilities
n
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service
n
Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment, including evenings and weekends
n
Robust attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
