Your New Role n
In your role as the HR Advisor, you will report to a supportive and strategic HR Manager, with a primary focus on people development, HR processes and associate services.
Your Main Duties n
n
Deliver core HR support by guiding staff, managing records, and updating company policies.
n
Coordinate recruitment processes, agency communication, prepare employment contracts, and manage onboarding and training.
n
Facilitate employee development by coordinating probation, performance,
and salary reviews.
n
Support Work Health and Safety compliance while analysing workforce data for HR reports.
n
Promote and embed the organisation's values across all People & Culture practices.
