We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Yard Hand at our Somerton branch.
n
nYour Duties will include : n
n
n
n
Managing the daily operations of the Branch logistics and yard operations.
n
n
Answer phones in a timely and professional manner.
n
n
Greet and serve “walk-in” customers and guests.
n
n
Yard operational support - filling cylinders, loading / unloading vehicles
n
n
Provide support to Yard Supervisor and Branch Manager relating to daily operational requirements
n
n
Promoting the perks of Supagas & Supagas products
n
n
Handle enquiries in a professional manner,
ensure follow through and finalise all enquiries.
n
n
Online orders, email / fax orders, Ring around calls, banking and cash balancing
n
n
n
