Job Description

Baby Bunting Casula is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performing store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a quick-paced retail workplace.

You will partner with store leadership to run day-to-day operations, coach teammates, manage visual merchandising and promotions, uphold OH&S; standards, and monitor KPIs including safety, sales, loyalty and NPS. This role offers a transparent path into retail leadership with development opportunities.
