Key Responsibilities: n

Liaison with custodians, fund administrators and other third parties;
n
Relationship management of Fund managers, operations specific;
n
Holdings and cash reconciliations to custodians and fund administrators;
n
Corporate action processing across multiple asset classes;
n
Unit price reconciliations and oversight of unit price delivery;
n
Ensuring other daily, weekly and monthly operational or client service deliverables are met; AND
n
Portfolio administration for domestic and global equities, fixed income and other asset classes.

Key Requirements: nn
1 year experience in Funds Management;
n
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
n
Financial services experience is an advantage;
n
Intermediate Excel skills;
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills; AND
n
High attention to detail and accuracy.
