We’re recruiting on behalf of an internationally recognised brand creating innovative technology for people who love fitness, performance and the outdoors.

What you'll be doing n

You’ll help customers get the most from their products, providing support across:

Product setup and troubleshooting

Customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Features, functionality and technical support
n
Warranty and product enquiries
n
Finding solutions and following up with customers
n
Keeping up with new products and technology
n
