Job Description

Silverchain Group in Brisbane South East is seeking carers to join our team to help older people stay independent and well at home. You will provide home help, personal care, and support with daily tasks in a caring, respectful workplace.

You will perform housekeeping, meal preparation, medication aid and mobility assistance, with transport to activities or appointments as needed. A valid driver’s license and own car are required; 3 months’ experience in a similar role is preferred, and Cert 3
