Responsibilities nn
Manage daily workshop operations
n
Lead a small team of 5 - 10 team members
n
Lead and support workshop staff
n
Schedule jobs and allocate resources
n
Prepare quotations and cost estimates
n
Monitor workshop performance, costs, quality and safety
n
Ensure deadlines and productivity targets are achieved
n
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
n
Your Profile nn
5+ years of previous leadership experience in a workshop, manufacturing, automotive, service or repair environment
n
Trade qualifications in mechanical, electrical, and body building repairs
n
Solid work ethics
n
Experience with scheduling, quoting and workshop operations
n
Solid focus on safety, quality and customer service
n
n
This position also requires the applicant to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol analysis, musculoskeletal evaluation and hearing test
