Join the Human Resources teams of TotalEnergies in Australia and contribute to the development of a leading international multi-energy company.

You will support the HR management of several Australian affiliates and assist employees on a wide range of HR topics.
n
Integrated into a small HR team, you will work across a broad scope covering payroll, personnel administration, HR reporting, recruitment and expatriate management.
n
A housing allowance will be provided by the affiliate.
n
As HR Coordinator your main responsibilities will be:
n
n
Manage and process payroll;
n
Verify and control HR and payroll data;
n
Prepare HR reports and related KPIs;
n
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes;
n
Support the management of employee perks;
n
Contribute to compensation and remuneration campaigns;
n
Work closely with Finance and Tax teams on HR-related matters;
n
Contribute to recruitment activities and ad hoc HR requests.
n
n
As part of this role,
approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to analytical and data-related activities (payroll, HR data and reporting) and 50% to HR administration, recruitment and employee support activities.
n
You hold a Master’s degree (minimum Bac+5) from a business school or university, with a specialization in Human Resources.
n
You have at least one year of skilled experience in Human Resources gained within an international company.
n
You have had an international experience, whether academic or professional.
n
You demonstrate solid analytical skills and a genuine affinity for working with data and figures.
n
You are proficient in the following tools:
n
n
Excel (use of formulas);
n
Word;
n
PowerPoint.
n
n
Knowledge of an HRIS and Power BI would be an asset.
n
A minimum B2+/C1 level of English is required. A minimum B2 level of French is also required.
