Job Description

Applied Medical, an Australian arm of a global medical device company, seeks a Support Analyst Level 1 to join the IT team on a full time permanent basis. You will deliver high-level IT support, handle tickets, and assist in asset management for the APAC region.

The role requires a bachelor’s in IT or related field, ITIL Foundation, and 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role. English proficiency and safety compliance are essential.
