Key Responsibilities n

Lead and manage the day‑to‑day Credit and Risk function

Oversee credit operations, service levels and performance
n
Manage and develop an existing Credit team
n
Support the development and implementation of credit policies
n
Monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure
n
Drive process improvements and uplift team capability
n
Provide reporting, insights and recommendations to the executive team

About You nn
Proven experience in consumer lending, non-bank lending or fintech lending
n
Robust understanding of credit risk and credit decisioning frameworks
n
Demonstrated experience managing credit teams and operations
n
Hands‑on leadership style with ability to embed into the business
n
Solid stakeholder engagement and executive reporting capability
