Job Description

Pullman Melbourne City Centre invites an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the Blossom Rooftop Bar team. You will oversee service for in-house and public guests, with a focus on dietary requirements and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires availability Thursday to Saturday, afternoons to late, with evening and weekend shifts. RSA certification and robust communication skills are essential for delivering outstanding service in a premium rooftop setting.
