Job Description

Petstock is seeking an Application Support Analyst to keep our ERP and related apps running smoothly. You'll troubleshoot Pronto Xi, resolve user requests, and partner with stakeholders to drive improvements.

You will work with Jitbit, Jira, and Confluence, support testing and deployments, and help create user guides and training materials. A cooperative mindset and a passion for learning will help you succeed.
