Perfect Gym Solutions is a quick-growing, SaaS business serving the fitness industry globally. We're looking for a generalist support coordinator to join our Melbourne team, working closely with the Director and acting as the local link to our global People & Culture team. This is a hands‑on role split evenly across two areas: HR & Office Management, and Finance & Hardware/Consumables Administration. You'll be the person who keeps the office running, supports our people processes locally, and handles day‑to‑day finance and equipment logistics for customers.
Key responsibilities n
n
Act as the local liaison with our global People & Culture team
n
Support onboarding, offboarding and general employee lifecycle admin
n
Provide first‑line HR support to managers and employees
n
Assist with payroll administration and WHS/wellbeing initiatives
n
Manage office supplies, facilities, travel and company events
n
Be the first point of contact for office tech issues (liaising with IT)
n
Support leadership with general ad hoc admin tasks
n
Process customer invoices, reconcile payments and chase overdue accounts
n
Handle billing queries via Zendesk and SMS billing admin
n
Raise purchase orders and obtain customer quotes for hardware and consumables
n
About you nn
1–3 years' general administration experience (HR, finance or office admin backgrounds all welcome)
n
Business degree or equivalent
n
Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently with minimal day‑to‑day supervision
n
Practical, organised, and happy switching between people, finance and logistics tasks
n
