An emerging, design-led landscape practice based in Sydney is seeking a motivated mid-level Landscape Architect / Designer to join their growing team. Specialising in the high-end residential market, this is a rare opportunity to move into a boutique setting where your contribution directly impacts the studio’s evolution.

You are technically sharp, uncompromising in your design standards, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. You’re comfortable managing projects from initial concept through to construction and have the confidence to run multiple high-end residential sites concurrently.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Design and deliver exceptional, bespoke residential gardens.
n
Interpret complex briefs and develop innovative, site-specific design solutions.
n
Conduct regular site visits and lead coordination with specialist contractors.
n
Liaise directly with high-net-worth clients, managing expectations and presentations.
n

Skills, Experience & Requirements nn




2–4 years of post-graduate experience within a similar design-focused practice.
n
Proficiency in Vectorworks (preferred) or AutoCAD.
n
Proven track record preparing landscape concept plans, DA / CC / CDC sets, and detailed construction documentation.
n
Robust understanding of NSW council development processes and current legislation.
n
Solid knowledge of Australian horticulture and planting design.
n
Experience managing end-to-end projects within the high-end residential sector.
n
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
n

Direct involvement in the growth and direction of an emerging studio.

Close working relationship with the Principal/Founders.
