Job Description

Ridley invites an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to join the Oceania Meat Processing team in Laverton. You will report to the Production Manager and lead a night crew, ensuring a secure setting, meeting production targets and budgets, and driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will oversee quality systems, inventory management, and people development, collaborating with engineering and maintenance to resolve issues quickly.
