Job Description

Optus is seeking a Senior Network Engineer – Sensitive Customer to deliver Level 1 operational coverage and end-to-end incident management for sensitive services. You will own fault restoration and ensure KPI targets are met, coordinating with multiple teams and partners.

You will work with Government and Emergency Services on authorised requests, drive service improvements, and participate in a 24x7 in office shift roster at the Sydney Campus.
