Partner with stakeholders, providing commercial and financial advice to support decision-making and performance improvement.
n
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term financial modelling activities.
n
Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
n
Prepare business cases, scenario modelling, investment evaluations, and strategic analysis to support key organisational initiatives.
n
Monitor financial performance, identify risks and prospects, and support continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.
n

The Successful Applicantnn
Proven experience in FP&A;, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a large and complex organisation.




n
Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence non-finance leaders and provide commercial insights.
n
Advanced financial modelling, business case development, and analytical capabilities.
n
Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP, budgeting, planning, or BI systems.
n
CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion) with relevant tertiary qualifications.
n

Understanding of activity-based funding, costing methodologies, and reporting requirements.
