We are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our team at Ocean Grove Bowling Club.

This casual role is a excellent opportunity to become part of a busy, welcoming and fast-paced hospitality environment. With previous bar experience necessary, we are looking for someone who can confidently step into the role and provide a high standard of service to our members and guests.

As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving beverages, processing orders and maintaining a clean and skilled bar workplace.

Key Responsibilities: n

n
Greeting and serving members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
n
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
n
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
n
Operating POS and EFTPOS systems and handling cash transactions
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area
n
Restocking fridges, glassware and bar supplies as required
n
Following all Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements
n




Assisting with opening and closing procedures
n
Working collaboratively with Duty Managers and other team members
n
Providing consistently high levels of customer service
n

To be successful in this role, you will need: nn
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Confidence working in a busy hospitality environment
n
A friendly, reliable and professional attitude
n
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
Good attention to detail and presentation
n
Availability to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
