Our client, a well-regarded Sydney law firm , is continuing to grow and is looking to add an experienced Associate to its high-performing Commercial Law practice .

The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced senior practitioner whose practice has a strong focus on M&A;, business acquisitions and disposals, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts, and property matters, including commercial leasing .

About you:

2+ years' post-qualification experience in Australia in corporate, commercial and/or property law.
n
Demonstrated ability to manage matters with a degree of independence while working collaboratively within a close-knit, high-performing team.
n
Collaborative, down-to‑earth with a strong work ethic.
n
